Oni Chukwu is the chief executive officer of etouches and a member of the company’s board of directors. At etouches, he is responsible for the company’s vision, global strategy and day-to-day operations, where his focus is on accelerating the company’s leading market position and global growth.
Mr. Chukwu is a veteran software executive, investor and entrepreneur. Prior to etouches, he served as executive vice president of Triple Point Technology, the global leader for in-cloud commodities management software. At Triple Point, Mr. Chukwu was instrumental in implementing and shepherding the company’s record software industry-leading revenue and earnings growth over seven consecutive high-growth years. He led and successfully integrated eight cross-border acquisitions and grew the company to 16 global offices, 450 marquee corporate customers on six continents, as well as to over seven consecutive INC 500 awards. In the summer of 2013 he completed the successful sale of Triple Point to ION, which was one of the largest software deals of the year.
Prior to Triple Point, Mr. Chukwu served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Netkey Technology Inc. (acquired by NEC) and Healthcare Software Synergies (acquired by United Healthcare).
Mr. Chukwu is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship and the technology industry, and has spoken at the World Entrepreneurship Summit (WES), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and global industry events.
Through his private family philanthropy, AfricaPlan Foundation, Mr. Chukwu supports women’s issues and underprivileged youth globally in the areas of education, healthcare, leadership, and entrepreneurship development for young, budding entrepreneurs. Through his family office, Fronters Acquisitions LLC, he is an active investor in early-stage companies.
