Hartford, CT (March 9, 2021) – The CTNext Mentor Network, a program that connects promising Connecticut early-stage companies to a network of experienced entrepreneurs, executives, investors and experts in several business disciplines, announced its new cohort for 2021 this week.
This year’s cohort includes:
Amrita Health Foods, Bridgeport; BitX Funding, Fairfield; Crystal Neuro, Shelton; Engagement Solutions, Old Lyme; Floe, New Haven; Genius Box, Shelton; LapWrap, Simsbury; Luktech, West Hartford; Lumi Hospitality, Hartford; Maia Yogurt, Hamden; Metropolitan Interactive, Oxford; Milestone C, Woodbridge; OmniCyte, Guilford; Ontogenetics, Fairfield; and Werkzy, Greenwich.
The three-year-old CTNext Mentor Network was created to help accelerate the growth of Connecticut’s most promising early-stage ventures by providing expertise counsel and mentorship. Companies that are selected have demonstrated they have a product or digital service already launched or in test, a significant value proposition, a large market opportunity and a strong management team. Priority is given to companies with strong and diverse management teams.
The CTNext mentors will work with these select entrepreneurs to scale their business by validating their long-term visions, customer acquisition, and capital-raising strategies. Companies will have the opportunity to get objective feedback and guidance on growing a company; to be more knowledgeable about other resources, tools and programming; to become part of a community of like-minded people; and to increase network connections.
CTNext is the State of Connecticut’s resource for programs that support innovation-based startup and early-stage companies, and for expanding Connecticut’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. For more information, visit ctnext.com.
