Hartford, CT (March 5, 2021) – The winners of CTNext’s Winter 2021 Entrepreneur Innovation Awards were announced today. On Wednesday, March 5, ten Connecticut startups presented online to panel of expert judges to vie for a $10,000 EIA. The EIA is the oldest major pitch competition in Connecticut, sponsored by CTNext, the subsidiary of Connecticut Innovations dedicated to supporting innovation-based startup and early-stage companies and to expanding the state’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Winners of $10,000 grants included: 3Dux Design of Fairfield; BeutyMrkd of Stamford; Pisces Atlantic of Middletown; and Sedentary Medical Solutions of Cromwell. BeutyMrkd also won both the Crowd Favorite and Impact Awards, each worth $2,000. Pisces Atlantic also won the Judges’ Favorite Award, a grant of $2,000.
